Monkeyman is a superhero in the Nickelodeon animated series Hey Arnold! and appears in the episode of the same name.
History
Backstory
At the zoo, Monkeyman gets teased by some bullies, they had taken his stuffed monkey and chased him off the zoo. He became a superhero and takes back his stuffed monkey.
Present
Monkey saves Arnold from an alley by two thieves. Arnold meets Monkeyman in his monkey liar and hangs out with him. Arnold tries to get Monkeyman back to fight crime, but Monkeyman has changed and enjoys his new life in high society. When Monkeyman sees Sid gets mugged by thieves who stole his boots, Sid yelled at Monkeyman for being selfish and not doing his superhero business. Monkeyman decided to quite of superhero business and Arnold told him that someone needed his protection. Later, Monkeyman gives Arnold a package of Sid's Beatle boots and askes to give those to Sid.
