Maya Ikusaba is one of the two titular main protagonists of the Japanese light novel series My One-Hit Kill Sister (along with her younger brother, Asahi Ikusaba). She is the deuteragonist and leading female protagonist of the series.
She is voiced by Haruka Shiraishi (who voiced Eris from Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire).
Overview
Maya Ikusaba is a Japanese high school student who is a brother-complexed and perverted elder sister of Asahi Ikusaba who is always doting and clinging to her younger brother. After her brother Asahi died from a car accident where he was revived into another world, Maya committed suicide by hitting her head multiple times just so she can revived into the same world as her kid brother, Asahi. After she was revived, Maya gained an immeasuable power even more powerful than her younger brother, causing him to be afraid of his almighty sister. She shown to easily kill monsters that attacks her brother with ease.
When her brother is confronted by the demon woman named Kilmaria, Maya became Kilmaria's love rival when it comes to her brother, Asahi.
Appearance
Maya is beautiful woman who has a red long hair, tied up to ponytail. She has red eyes and blue earrings.
In her school, she wore a blue uniform such as a blue jacket, white shirt and blue skirt. She also wore short stocking socks.
After her revival into another world, Maya wore a brown no sleeve top with white collar, exposing her stomach. She wore teenie jeans with two belts. She wore a long purple stocking boots and a brown two sided scraf. She also wears a pair of red long sleeve gloves.
Personality
Maya is an overbearing, clinging and doting pervert with a brother-complex. She always clings herself to her brother, Asahi. After Asahi died from an accident and revived into another world, Maya's brother complexed perversion was so strong revealed herself to be a suicidal when she died by hitting her head rapidly just so she can reunite with her beloved kid brother. Due to her newfounded power, she kill any monsters that attacked her brother.
Maya has a jealousy towards women who are observed of her brother, Asahi as she deemed them to be her love rivals. She holds a strong rivalry towards Kilmaria (one of the six Demon Generals) of her wanting Asahi as well she called the demon as a half-naked woman.
Abilities and Powers
- Immeasurable Strength: Due to her blessing from her revival, Maya has an immeasurable physical strength even stronger than her younger brother's, Asahi Ikusaba. She can easily kill monsters with one hit. Her strength can easily crush her brother Asahi with a hug causing him to faint.
- Immeasurable Speed: Maya has immeasurable speed. She can easily catch up to her brother even when he is alone or tries to escape from her.
- Immeasurable Durability: Maya has immeasurable durability when she resisted from attacks that she took. She taken many blows from Kilmaria (her rival) during their duel.
- Immeasurable Magic: Maya has immeasurable magical power. She used her magic to easily demonlished many monsters with ease. She called her magic as "Big Sister" magic. She also can sense Kilmaria's aura even when her rival disguised herself as a human with magic.
