Kuroko Smith, commonly refered to as Ms. Smith or just Smith, is Kimihito Kurusu’s Cultural Exchange Coordinator. She's the head of the Monster Ops: Neutralization organization, a sub division of the Cultural Exchange Security Squad, Those that work directly under her includes Zombina, Manako, Tionishia, and Doppel.
She was voiced by Yū Kobayashi in Japanese and Shelley Calene-Black in English.
Appearance
Kuroko Smith is a tall woman, with long, flowing, black hair, that stretches down to her hips, long, brown stockings covering her feet and legs, and black dress shoes covering her feet. She's almost always seen wearing a black business suite and black skirt, with a black tie partially concealed by her suite, and black sunglasses on her face; during the few times she's shown in her home, in casual attire, she simply wears black panties and a black bra.
