Invisi-Billy is the son of the Invisible Man and a supporting character of Monster High. He is also the boyfriend of Scarah Screams.
He is voiced by Evan Smith.
Personality
Invisi-Billy has a passion for illusions and special effects, but, despite the potential for pranks, he's not a bad guy. Also, he is quite unassuming in the webisodes, and helps Rochelle out during her dance audition out of the kindness of his heart.
Appearance
Billy has an light blue skin tone bordering on white, gray eyes, and his hair is a darker shade of blue when he is visible. When he is invisible he is completely transparent with little sign of him being visible.
