~ Heffer's catchphrase |
Heffer Wolfe is a fictional character and the deuteragonist of the animated television series Rocko's Modern Life and the comic book series of the same name. He is an anthropomorphic steer and his catchphrase, which can be heard in the series' opening credits, is "That was a hoot!". He is also sometimes an antagonist or an anti-hero in the series.
His voice was provided by Tom Kenny, who is also voicing SpongeBob SquarePants, Dog, and Eduardo.
Appearance
Heffer is a round and mostly colored yellow steer (species of a cattle) with an orange snout. He has green spiked hair and wears blue suspenders with red pants.
Personality
Heffer is shown to be a simple-minded, gluttonous steer who is best friends with Rocko and Filburt. He is shown to be very lazy and prefers to sit around rather that do any work. He also has the tendency to be self-centered and inconsiderate as he is completely oblivious to the problems that he causes Rocko, Filburt, or anyone else, but he still tries to support Rocko the best he can.
