Galgali also known as the Violence Fiend, is a secondary character in Chainsaw Man he is a public safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division four.
He was voiced by Yuya Uchida in Japanese and Josh Bangle in English.
Appearance
The Violence Devil/Fiend or the named Galgali has possessed the body of an able-bodied young man. He wears the standard Public Safety Devil Hunter uniform slacks and suit jacket, but he wears a white hooded shirt or sweatshirt with long sleeves that lacks drawstrings. He wears black shoes that resemble canvas slip-on shoes. He has to wear a mask on his face that resembles a plague doctor's crow-like accessory (gray with a white bill in the anime, green, yellow, and orange in the colored manga). When his mask and hood are removed, it reveals a man's face with short spiky hair and four eyes.
History
Galgali first appeared in the Katana Man Arc, as a member of special division 4. and participated on the raid against terrorists led by Akane Sawatari, he is seen along with the Shark Fiend and Spider Fiend killing a bunch of Zombies.
In the Bomb Girl Arc He and Kobeni, respond to Aki Hayakawa's request for reinforcements. against Reze, he fights against Reze, but quickly realizes his outmatched. he then shouts a warning at Kobeni and leaves behind a nearby doorway. later as Aki and Reze fight Galgali saves Aki's life from a missile explosion.
in the Internal Assassins Arc Kobeni and Galgali then go on a patrol, and kill a unknown devil. Galgali later buys Kobeni a ice cream and they have a conversation. Kobeni then tells Galgali the first time she tried ice Cream, Galgali then tells Kobeni he's not a violent devil. he still retained memories of when he was human, later when the Devil Hunter's are dragged to hell, Galgali attempts to kill the Darkness Devil and takes off his mask, but is killed.

- It is theorized that the Violence Fiend is possibly Hirokazu Arai but revived as a fiend, due to him appearing in the series after the death of Arai as well as also caring for Kobeni Higashiyama as Arai also cared about her.
