He is the older brother of Doggy Don and is smarter than him but not as clever as the mice. He is based on Jack from oggy and cockroaches.
Doggy Don is aided by Colonel in attempts to defeat the mice.
Personality
Colonel is very kind to Doggy Don but hates the mice. This is shown when he furiously grits his teeth whenever the mice are up to their nasty pranks.
Abilities
Colonel is a strong dog and is a former soldier in the army. He has many weapons up his sleeve to aid Colonel and Doggy Don in their fights against the mice. He is also cleverer than Doggy Don but however, he is not as clever as the mice.
Appearance
Colonel is very muscular, green in color, has small tail, brown nose, bells in his neck and a cap of soldiers.
Friends
Colonel is good friends with his brother, Don, despite sometimes arguing with him. He is also friends with Ballu, the vicious bulldog who lives next door, despite being too scared to admit it sometimes.
In Rat-A-Tat Deep Blue Ocean Attack his last name is Doggert.
