Edgard Ladrian, better known as Breeze, is a member of Kelsier's crew on Scadrial. He helps Kelsier overthrow the Lord Ruler, after which remaining an important figure on Scadrial as the head of House Ladrian. Waxillium Ladrian from the Wax and Wayne series is his descendant.

It was believed that he is a half-skaa, but is truly a nobleman in hiding by the name of Edgard Ladrian. After the Final Ascension, he becomes known as the Counselor of Gods, and founds House Ladrian. He is the ancestor of Waxillium Ladrian. One of his hands was given to a Kandra, and is still in use during Mistborn era 2.
