Hat Girl is a minor character in Completing the Mission, who appears in the "Triple Threat" and "Toppat Civil Warfare" endings.
She is a member of the Toppat Clan. Her in-game biography states she just showed up one day and joined the clan.

Hat Girl wears brown shoes, has some brown hair that is in a ponytail and fringe, and wears a purple hat with a horizontal yellow stripe around her hat.
Completing the Mission
Triple Threat
She can be spotted among a large group of Toppats, dancing during the massive Diversion caused by Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose. She is later arrested when the Toppat Orbital Station is redirected to The Wall which it lands at.
Toppat Civil Warfare
She is seen in the cockpit of the Airship when Ellie Rose and Reginald Copperbottom are confronting Henry Stickmin as a bad leader.

- She is a direct reference to Hat Kid from A Hat in Time.
- Her dance in the Diversion is a reference to the popular Hat Kid (Smug Kid Dance) meme.
- Little is known about her but through her bio, it is implied that she is not normal and maybe not even from Earth.
- Despite Hat Kid, the character she is a reference to, being a child, Hat Girl was said not to be a child by PuffballsUnited as there are "no kids in the Toppat Clan".
- This conflicts with 2 Bios that mention Quincy Tattlemuffin being born into the Clan because his parents were in it and Howie Howitzer being taken in as an orphan.
