KitagawaRio-Oct2024
On April 17, it was announced on the official Hello! Project site that Morning Musume '25 member Kitagawa Rio has been suspended from all activities for an indefinite amount of time due to rule violations. It was discovered that she had been using a private social media account to privately post rants and complaints, with some of them being about other members of Morning Musume. Kitagawa admitted that she had used a private SNS account to talk about her work and daily life amongst her friends from her university. She expressed remorse for her actions, and voluntarily chose to step away from activities for a period of self-reflection. As a result, she will be absent from future Morning Musume '25 Concert Tour Haru ~Mighty Magic~ performances until further notice.

On March 21, it was announced through Hello! Project's official website that Ishiguri Kanami has graduated from OCHA NORMA and Hello! Project.
In December 2024, Ishiguri was announced to have been suffering symptoms of autonomic dysfunction after being diagnosed with panic disorder. Since then, she had been limiting her activities, and had planned to do so until at least the end of March 2025. However, after discussing with her doctor and taking some time to reflect, she decided to graduate from the group without a graduation ceremony, terminate her contract with UP-FRONT PROMOTION, and end her entertainment activities.
Ishiguri joined Hello! Project on July 16, 2016 as one of the winners of the Hello! Project "Hokkaido Gentei" Member Audition, joining the newly established trainee branch Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido alongside six other girls. On July 11, 2019, she was one of the first five trainees to be placed in the rotational Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit, who were to make their major debut soon. It was announced on December 12, 2021 that Ishiguri and the other unit trainees added were to form a new group, OCHA NORMA, along with the two winners of the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition 2021.
