In the 2002 animated series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Serpos was the god of the Snake Men and the true form of Snake Mountain. A long time ago, he was trapped by the Elders in the form of Snake Mountain, where the Evil Warriors resided.
King Hssss freed Serpos, but He-Man stopped him. After his defeat, Serpos was transformed back into Snake Mountain.
MOTU Origins
In the mini comic, Leviathan's War, the ancient and powerful artifact, the Medallion of Serpos is used and fought over.
