Victor Ramos was an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper of Fireteam Raven.[1] He was garrisoned to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn[2] and specialized in heavy weapons and support.[1]
Biography
Victor was born in 2532 in Casbah, Tribute.[1]
Victor managed to escape the doomed Pillar of Autumn during the Battle of Installation 04 and land on the Halo ring itself.[2]
