The Accra Incident

The Accra was in orbit over Bliss when the Covenant it. The Accra moved to the other side of the planet and initiated Emergency Priority Order 020570E-3, completing it 20 minutes later. However, the Covenant discovered and engaged the Accra in the midst of it spinning up its Slipspace drive. The ship launched escape pods and was destroyed. The UNSC Prophecy managed to pick up the voyage recorder of the Accra after the battle.[1]
