Sydney is a city in the country of Australia on Earth. It houses the headquarters of the UNSC (HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6),[2][3] ONI,[4] and the UEG.[5]
History
In November 2552,[6] during the Battle of Earth, Sydney was heavily bombarded by Covenant forces, due to its importance to the UNSC war effort.[7] The harbor was mostly destroyed and repairs were in full effect by January 2553.[6]
On October 28, 2558 the Created sent a Guardian to Sydney. Admiral Serin Osman and Fleet Admiral Terrence Hood managed to evacuate the city prior to it activating its EMP.[8]
