Phoenix was the name, or codename, of an AI that Codename: SURGEON along with the AI Lackluster worked with on the speculation that Admiral Cole was alive and well after the Battle of Psi Serpentis. The figure they calculated corroborated with SURGEON's data to 89.7 percent.[1]
