ONI Recon 111 was a UNSC Office of Naval Intelligence military unit.[1]

History

During the Battle of Tsavo, ONI Recon 111 positioned itself relatively close to The Storm. Once the Covenant Navy had dug deep enough, they discovered the Artifact. They then reported the finding to Commander Miranda Keyes.[1]
