Mud wasps are insects found on the Unggoy homeworld of Balaho.[1]

Dadab the Deacon hunted mud wasps as well as Shade crabs in the days of his youth.[1] Mud wasps are a source of food for the Unggoy.

Trivia

They are much harder to hunt than Scrub grubs.
