Crimson Map Pass Promotional Banner

The Crimson map pack is the first DLC map pack released for use in War Games and Forge in Halo 4. It includes three new maps and was released on December 10, 2012, for $9.99 USD or for free with the War Games Map Pass.[1]

Maps

Preview Name Description
Wreckage Wreckage is a medium-sized asymmetrical map capable of accommodating a wide range of objective based gametypes. The environment of the map resembles a field of debris littered with winding paths and stretches, allowing for players to utilize spaces for confusing opponents or remaining in cover.
Harvest Harvest is a small to medium-sized symmetrical map perfect for objective gametypes such as Capture the Flag. The environment of the map is based on the agricultural world Harvest, and resembles an industrial human complex consisting of two bases at either end of the map.
Shatter Shatter is a large, symmetrical map designed for big team battles and the use of vehicles. The environment of the map resembles large crystalline surfaces littered with UNSC mining facilities.

Achievements

The Crimson Map Pack includes eight additional achievements worth a total of 250 Gamerscore.[2]

Special Delivery In Crimson DLC matchmaking, kill an enemy with a melee attack when landing from a Man Cannon. 30G
Pump Yer Brakes In Crimson DLC matchmaking, score the killing blow on a Mantis. 40G
