The All Swell on Forum Drive is right next to the Crystal Heights apartments, deep in the Families' territory of Chamberlain Hills. Chamberlain Gangster Families spawn within and around the complex. The apartment in Burton is considerably smaller, being located at north of the Rockford Plaza, behind The Tahitian.
