Take Care is an iconic music theme originally composed for Gradius II. Rearrangements of it have later appeared in several games of the Gradius series and its spinoffs.

- Gradius II (arcade, NES) - Boss theme as well the final battle against Gofer. Only appears while facing Gofer in the NES port.
- Parodius Da! - Theme song for Eagle Eagle Sabnosuke.
- Gradius III (arcade) - Third Boss Rush theme (for Gradius II bosses).
- Gradius III (SNES) - First boss of the Boss Rush, Death MK II for the SNES port.
- Gradius IV - Boss Rush second theme and final boss fight against Gofer.
- Gradius V - Renamed as "Big Core MK II" (used for the penultimate boss after beating the Tetran).
- Otomedius Gorgeous - Common boss theme song when playing as Aoba. (DLC)
- Otomedius Excellent - Common boss theme if playing as normal Aoba. (DLC)
