- For the enemy, see Fate.
Fate... is the ninth and final stage in Gradius Gaiden.
Overview
This stage is virtually easy, if the player know what you're dealing with. As soon as you go inside the stage, notice, as in many previous games, goes faster. The best strategy is to use exactly two Speed Up, and at least two Missiles. As soon as the player encounter the first boss, it should be on your guard because it comes from the left side of the screen. Stay inside the flames of this first one and probably know why.
The second phase begins with the familiar fortress setting complete with recognizable wall traps. It is advised that some wall traps can move horizontally. You will encounter the second boss of this stage, Gunner Wall.
After the second boss is defeated, you will encounter the giant version of the familiar enemy within the entire Gradius series.
The final phase begins by evading the incoming floor tiles, then navigate while avoiding the invincible Sol and dealing with Duckers. After Sol self-destructed, you will face the final boss of Gradius Gaiden, but not without the Option Hunters take your options away.
