Franks

Franks is a police officer within the Gotham City Police Department.

Biography

When Officer Gordon was arresting Zaardon, Franks arrived, albeit late. Franks asks him if it's been a busy shift and Jim becomes irritated with him because he was supposed to be there with him, prompting Gordon to push Franks. This was later reported to Commissioner Gillian Loeb who used it as an excuse to dismiss Gordon from the force.^[1]

Franks was among the members of the Gotham City Police Department that were temporarily mesmerized by Ivy Pepper at the time when she was coming to claim Lucius Fox.^[2]
