Momentary Bliss is a song from Gorillaz' seventh studio album Song Machine, Season One: Strange Timez and a part of Gorillaz' 2020 web series Song Machine. The song features slowthai and Soft Play and was co-produced by Mike Dean.
Background
The track was recorded in Studio 13 sometime in 2019. The song was co-produced by Gorillaz, Remi Kabaka Jr. and Mike Dean. A snippet of the demo for the song could be heard in one of Jamie Hewlett's instagram posts from December 8 2019.[2]
Momentary Bliss was released on the 30th of January 2020 as the Episode One.[3]
