Seulgi (슬기) is a South Korean singer under SM Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group, Red Velvet, its sub-unit, Red Velvet - I&S, and the project girl group, GOT the beat.
History
2014: Debut with Red Velvet
On August 1, she debuted as a member of Red Velvet with the digital single, "Happiness".
2020: Debut with Red Velvet - I&S
On April 21, SM Entertainment confirmed that she, with fellow member Irene, would be debuting in the Red Velvet's first sub-unit. On May 26, the name of the unit and its debut mini album, Monster, as well as their official logo was revealed across Red Velvet's social media accounts. The sub-unit officially debuted on July 6 with their first mini album, Monster.
2021: GOT the beat
On December 27, she, alongside her group mate Wendy, were announced to be a part of the first unit of SM Entertainment's project girl group, Girls on Top, called "GOT the beat". They will debut on January 3, 2022, with their first digital single "Step Back".
