When Reima was still a puppy, Purple Wolf and his minions attacked his father. Reima tried to help but another wolf held him back. Reima’s father told his son to run and escape, to find the legendary Hakkenshi of Sirius and lead them to take back the kingdom. Purple Wolf’s followers overwhelmed him and he was killed. Reima and the wolf who held him back ran away as another wolf held back Purple Wolf and his followers long enough for them to escape.
