London is the capital city of the United Kingdom.
In the 1983 television miniseries, the Eiffel Tower accidentally ends up in London instead of Paris following a miscalculation when the G.I. Joe Team attempt to restore it. Instead, pusher boats carry the tower on a structure back to France.[1]
