Clancy Brown

Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice actor who is possibly best known as the voice of Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants, Dr. Neo Cortex from Crash Bandicoot, and Lex Luthor in several animated shows based on from DC Comics properties.
