The world tourists arrive on Easter Island and encounter an alien sentry who is stubbornly convinced that the gargoyles are alien enemies of Earth.
Notes
This episode contains the first and so far only reference to alien life in the overall series.
Despite loosing her memories, Elisa continues to trust the Gargoyles. This is likely because emotional memory is stored in a different section of the brain, than that containing experience memory. Thus though Elisa could not remember her life, her feelings remained.
In the Hunter's Moon 3--parter, Matt would comment that the Easter Island statues were built to honor aliens.
This episode introduces another related word for protection; even Goliath comments on the similarity between them for their sense of protecting others.
