"Can we go to Cheese Land?" -Humphrey, It’s A Cheese World.

Humphrey (also known as Irv in "Rodent Rebellion") is one of the mice residing with Squeak in Garfield's home. He has buck teeth and is taller and skinnier than the other mice living in Garfield's house.

In "Rodent Rebellion", Ratzo is revealed to be his cousin.
