Aerobiz Supersonic is a game released for the Sega Genesis, the Super Nintendo, and the Sega Megadrive. It is an airline business simulation game.
Gameplay
Four Airlines start from scratch in this game, connecting cities across the globe with plane routes. Up to 4 human or AI players compete against each other for market share. They must manage their budgets, purchase the right planes for the routes they open, and set ticket prices. Other facets of the game include purchasing travel-related businesses in the cities, marketing, maintenance and fuel purchasing, and diplomacy between the airlines and the national governments. The game takes place in the period from 1955 to 2020, and historical events and the airplanes that come into existence reflect the actual events up until 1992, after which point historical events were predicted.
