Intro Arc
He and him mother are known dine-and-dashers.
After a night of drinking, William and his mother Susie meet Neraid and Jio, talking to them, telling them about how dragon knights are managed, and his mother challenges Neraid to a duel. He and Jio are spectators explaining their mother's ability, but his mother is arrested and imprisoned along with him.
