The Tealeaf is a consumable item added by Fallout Who Vegas. While it can be easten on its own, it is intended to be used to make tea bags, which in turn are used to craft A Flask of Super-Tea.
How to Obtain
At the start of the game, several Tealeaves can be found in the storage chest of the TARDIS Gardens. Additional Tealeaves can be grown in the allotment pots in the gardens.
