Carlos Feliz was a Mexicano peasant who claimed to have thrown the bomb that killed Mexican President Omar Kinkaid on 7 December 1879 as part of the Moralistas terror campaign against the Mexican government. Feliz's claims were reported in the Mexico City Herald in their issues for 5, 6, and 18 June 1905. Sobel notes that Feliz had no supporting evidence for his claim.
