Arthur Flick is a North American journalist. On 4 June 1969, he took part in a vitavised interview with former Governor-General Perry Jay, along with fellow journalists Maxwell Jenkins and Arnold Bittle. In the interview, Jay said that after his resignation three years earlier, he told his successor, Carter Monaghan, "I've left you one problem, and that can be summed up in a single word. It's Mercator."
