Thermal Expansion 2 is a tech mod that expands the usage of Minecraft Joules (MJ) in your world. It adds machines that let you process resources, and ways to simplify transportation of items, energy and liquids to distant bases. It became independent from BuildCraft in Minecraft 1.6 to become Thermal Expansion 3.
