Effect Twist is a trait added by Skillable. It requires 20 Defense levels, 16 Attack levels, 16 Magic levels and 8 skill points. When unlocked, being hit by an entity while under a potion buff has a 50% chance to give the harmful version of that buff to the attacking monster for about 5 seconds.
