CovertJaguar is a mod author. He is the main author of Railcraft and CloudMaster, as well as part of the BuildCraft and Forestry teams. He started working on Railcraft while waiting for Minecraft Beta 1.8 to be launched, and continued to add to it and maintain it ever since.
