The Chisel is the main item in the Chisel mod. It allows obtainability of the different designs of decorative block. Different decorative blocks are not considered the same block, so it is possible to, for example, scan different blocks multiple times using a Thaumometer or end up being unable to process the block.
Usage
Right clicking while holding the tool will open an interface with one center slot and multiple on the outer edge. Placing an appropriate block in the center will fill the outer spots with blocks you can create from the input one.
