The Bullet Casing is a component added by Foundry. It is used to make Revolver rounds.
Recipe
Bullet Casings can be made in a Metal Caster with a Bullet Casing Mold and 12mB of Liquid Brass.
It can also be found in villages, dungeons, and mine-shafts, or by killing Gun Skeletons.
