BetterStorage is a mod by copygirl based around adding more item storage options. These include, but are not limited to, crates, backpacks, chests, and armor stands. Additionally, it adds some new features that are not based around storage, such as the Frienderman and Blocks of Flint.
This mod has been discontinued, due to the lack of motivation that copygirl has for it. Some of its features are being recreated by asie as part of Charset.
TehStoneMan continued the project under the name of Better Storage Too, available for Minecraft 1.10.2 and above.
