Phryne is a 16-year-old priestess whose escape from the Temple puts the entire Fractale system, which maintains a utopic world, in jeopardy. When Clain rescues her from pursuers, she gives him a pendant full of data and disappears. Sunda Granitz, the leader of the group chasing her, calls Phryne the key to the world. She’s intelligent, yet emotionally reserved, as she is hesitant to get close with anyone because of her peculiar situation.
