Additional rewards such as Legendary Troll Stash Llama Tokens can also be obtained.

Strategy

This section outlines a strategy.
Feel free to add tips, tricks and general advice about the topic.

Intro

To efficiently and legitimately reach level 50 within 5-10 days (or within 25-45 hours):

  1. Complete all Mission Alert, starting with Red or Orange difficulty missions.
  2. Collect 12 BluGlo to increase mission difficulty to Insanity++.
  3. Try to get at least Bronze Badge Bronze Badge in Combat, Building, Utility and Exploration.
  4. Aim to complete your Venture Challenge Quests.
  5. If no viable Mission Alerts are available, then repeatedly complete the highest level 4-Player Recommended missions.

All Seasons

Resources
  1. Play with a team to maximize build efficiency, resource management and reduce playtime.
  2. Ability-based Heroes for Goin' Commando, T.E.D.D.Y., Dragon Slash, etc are the most time/cost efficient; Do not rely on weapons or weapon-based Heroes. In Ventures, players are restricted from accessing their supercharged 144 schematics, must scavenge whatever they find in vending machines or storm chests.
  3. Venture Levels 1-15 are the easiest, with plenty of random lobby players, and are best spent utilizing a dedicated Farming Loadout to build a sizable "warchest" that will last to Levels 50+. Complete Target Practice, Storm Chests, Anomalies, rescue Survivors, and build Radar Towers.
    • Afterwards, farming Storm Chests, once they are made available, is sufficient to provide all material needs.
Missions
  1. Complete Resupply first! Every new season is a blank slate with zero resources.
  2. Do the highest level Fight the Storm second.
  3. Ride The Lightning and Retrieve the Data third.
Quests
  1. Xenon Bow's projectile travels through the entire map, damaging everything in its path, essentially destroying smaller objects. This is especially helpful for Dennis' Destroy Venture Quests.
  2. Flingers are the hardest mist monsters to find, the best way to find them is to hop on missions where you are defending a base, they don't spawn in non-objective missions like Resupply or Eliminate and Collect, this quest takes time and luck.

Flannel Falls

KILL IT WITH FIRE!

  • Chrome Husks are vulnerable to fire and water damage.
Quests
  • Staircase: On city biome maps; Look for New York style fire escapes on brick apartment buildings.
  • Chandeliers: On city biome maps; Find the hotel building that looks like a staircase; this will complete this quest in a single match. If you can't find this building, the black church building has 2.

Scurvy Shoals

Blasted Badlands

Hexsylvania

Resources
  • Melee Weapons and Abilities are powerful this season; enemies receive double damage from all sources whenever they are within 2-tiles of a Defender or Player character. Conversely, enemies receive half damage farther than 2 tiles.
  • Fibrous Herbs: In Swamp biomes, breaking the strawmen located at the marketplace stall will drop up to 32 Fibrous Herbs which can be used to craft Traps.
Missions
  • Deliver the Bomb does not work in Hexsylvania; there is a very rare chance it can appear in Hexsylvania, if it does, just ignore it.
  • Trap the Storm has a mission ending bug if you place the trap down too fast. When you run that mission, wait like 10 seconds after locating the Trap before actually placing it down
    • Also if you for some reason can't get the Trap to activate, try doing the Mansion (gold roof building) first, then the Castle
Quests
  • Complete Clip's Nightmare ASAP; the questline remains for a short amount of time.
  • Catacombs are underground Bunkers, and thus, extremely well hidden; they are frequently located in the basements of Castles, Mansions, Towers, Keeps, Mausoleums, Cemeteries, Crypts, etc. Every Hexsylvania biome has 2-5 dungeons, with Dark Forest and The Swamps having the highest consistency.

Frozen Fjords

Resources
  • Explosive Ammo: In Private mode gameplay, farming the Christmas tree presents in Protect the Presents mission, will netgain a near limitless supply of coal for explosive ammo crafting. Have fun blowing husks up!
