The Peace Syndicate (Also referred to as just The Syndicate) is an organization from Fortnite: Battle Royale that was first introduced in Chapter 3: Season 3, but have been active since Chapter 3: Season 2. They are a criminal organization that keeps the peace in MEGA City.
Overview
The Peace Syndicate is a secretive criminal organization from MEGA City that tries to maintain peace at all costs, and doesn't hesitate to use very controversial methods to achieve this.
They fought alongside The Seven and The Resistance during Chapter 3: Season 2. The Peace Syndicate is sufficiently developed and known to inspire fear and distrust in most islanders.
They have been revealed to have information about The Army of the Last Reality. After Chapter 4: Season 2, they united all of the Syndicates of MEGA City with the help of The Looper.

History
Chapter 3: Season 2
The Peace Syndicate assists The Seven and The Resistance in their efforts to take on the Imagined Order and end the war.
Chapter 3: Season 3
After the end of the war against the Imagined Order, the Peace Syndicate works to maintain peace on the Island whatever the means; the inhabitants of the island fear and distrust them. They take over Cuddle Cruisers and turn it into Syndicate Shoals. Meowscles is hired by the Syndicate as a mercenary for an unknown mission.
Chapter 3: Season 4
Following the arrival of The Herald, Evie received a secret transmission from "X", congratulating her and alerting her that the next phase of their plan will soon be in motion; "X" also tells her that Twyn has been dispatched to assist her.
Chapter 4: Season 1
After the Fracture Live Event and the creation of Asteria, Evie can be found at the Shore Shack. She receives another message from "X", which states that there's no time for "Plan A", and she has clearance to improvise.
Near the end of the season, Evie received several encrypted transmissions from "X", reading: "Things are deteriorating. Quickly. Keeping the peace has become nearly impossible. The Syndicates are in chaos. Evie. It is time for us to come to you. See you soon."
It is later revealed that Evie was sent an engineer: Jules, to help her with sabotaging the Rift Gate in order to bring MEGA City onto the Island.
Chapter 4: Season 2

Fragments of the Peace Syndicate's home Reality arrive on the Island due to a Rift opened by the Rift Gate. Evie's hometown, MEGA City, is also brought in, however it's threatened by an inter-syndicate war due to an unknown saboteur, who attacks one syndicate and pins the blame onto another in order to spread chaos across the city. As a result, Evie recruits The Looper after discovering that they have been hacking into their network for a long time, and introduces them to her superior: Thunder.
After proving themself, The Looper is sent on a mission to restore the Peace Syndicate's recently sabatoged data Network, and recover the intel that was stolen. Upon learning that the now-corrupted data was about The Last Reality's army, Thunder concludes that the saboteur may be working with The Last Reality themselves, and that something much worse than an inter-syndicate war is coming. To deal with the situation, they inform The Looper of their plan, which consists of unifying of all the Syndicates in order to find the saboteur before it's too late.
With The Looper's help, the Peace Syndicate gradually earns the trust of the city's factions—aiding with resolving the historic feud between the Fox Clan and River Guard, and recovering The Luminaries' stolen prototypes. Once Dahlia was revealed as the saboteur, along with her untold plan involving Triarch Nox, Styx, and The Last Reality, the rest of The Unseen turns against them and rallies behind the Peace Syndicate. Thus, MEGA City's Syndicates ultimately form an alliance.[3]
Chapter 5: Season 1
After the Big Bang, The Peace Syndicate's Stash'd is now working for The Society. Evie returns as "Queen of the Peaks" and Thunder retains a restaurant on Helios. Some Peace Syndicate arcade machines can be found at Cloistered Castle and Rebel's Roost.
Chapter 6: Season 1
Upon being brought to Oninoshima, some of the Peace Syndicate's arcade cabinets can be found in various locations - such as one in Hopeful Heights, and several appropriately placed in Seaport City's arcade. Notably, the arcade advertises itself with an X, not unlike the logo of the Peace Syndicate.
