Stott was a human officer in Morgarath's army who served under him during his time as the Baron of Gorlan Fief and later on, the Lord of Rain and Night.
History
Little to nothing is known of Stott's history apart from the fact he served the Baron of Gorlan Fief for an unknown amount of time before accompanying him into the Mountains of Rain and Night as one of the one hundred and fifty troops that had followed the rebel baron into the mountains. After Morgarath unleashed his newly-recruited army of semi-human Wargals on Araluen, Stott, like most of Morgarath's human followers, was presumably given command over a troop of Wargals and lead them across the southern countryside of Araleun, burning crops, killing animals and laying siege to several fiefs before being recalled to the main body of Morgarath's forces to begin preparations to obliterate the main army.
The Battle of Hackham Heath

Stott accompanies Morgarath as he observes the fortifications of Castle Araluen. As they complete their circle and rein their horses in before the raised drawbridge, Stott enquires how their army will take such a well-fortified, fully manned structure, earning him a contemptuous glance from his master with the simple answer that they weren't. However, as Stott starts to ask another question, a crossbow bolt shot by Queen Deborah slams into Stott's chest, sending him reeling back out of his saddle, stone-dead before he hit the ground. It is unknown what became of his body.
