Paulkariko the Silver Waterscape is the western floating city of the Holy Dark Empire. It serves as the central food recourse for the entirety of the holy Dark empire. Its design was taken from the capital Baharuga in the regards as it sits on the water, However unlike Baharuga Paulkariko floats on its own as Baharuga sits upon a large crystal base.
Paulkariko was founded less that a hundred years ago and is the youngest city in the entire Holy Empire. It was named after a young child who gave his life to save the emperor from assassination. In honor of the child's sacrifice, an entire city was built for him. In regards to that the third Imperial prince, Kimmihiro Argeno, resides here and rules the city.
