Underpass is a cut location in the Mojave Wasteland.
Layout
Little information is left in the game files about the town of Underpass other than that it had a malfunctioning water purifier as well as a mayor, Meg Reynolds, and was where the house owned by Carlyle St. Clair III would have been found. In the game guide, the quest flowchart of Beyond the Beef includes a prompt to "find Carlyle St. Claire in Underpass."[1]
