Tim Russ is an American actor, director, screenwriter and musician who voiced Lancer Captain Kells in Fallout 4 and Zealot Ware in its add-on Far Harbor.
Career
Tim is most known for playing the roles of Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager, Principal Franklin in iCarly, and Frank in Samantha Who?. He is also known for his brief appearance as one of the soldiers "combing the desert" in Spaceballs.
