Swan boat

Swan boats are small recreational watercraft used before the Great War.

Background

Swan boats were a tourist attraction before the War, operating in Swan's Pond near Boston Common. The boats were a landmark and a Bostonian tradition. Each boat is green and red in color, with two pontoons, a brass seat atop a paddle box concealed by a white fiberglass swan, and wooden benches for passengers.

Locations

• A swan boat in good condition can be found near the commander statue next to the pond.
• A swan boat model is found in Mortimer's room in the Sandy Coves Convalescent Home.

Notes

After the War, a man turned super mutant behemoth named Swan utilizes pieces of the boats as armor, with the fragments found on his body.

Appearances

Swan boats appear only in Fallout 4.
