Speech
This skill determines the chance to succeed in a Speech challenge.
Notes
The Speech skill is sometimes used as a plot device at the end of Fallout games, to persuade the final "boss" of the game to leave without fighting (in the case of Colonel Autumn and Legate Lanius) or to commit suicide (in the case of the Master and General Jingwei).
