Sims is a New Reno street singer in 2241.
Background
Sims is one of three street singers at the southern corner of the Jungle Gym, all standing around a flaming barrel. Though they will all sing together without being asked, for a few dollars they can be asked to change to a different song. The other two singers Sims is with are Frenchy and Paine.
